Order tracking

A tracking link will be emailed to you upon shipment. This will allow you to follow the delivery in real time.

Didn't receive your email? Check your spam folder or use our tracking page with the email address you used when placing your order.

All payments on BAGLY are protected by SSL encryption. Whether you pay by credit card or PayPal, you can pay with confidence.

Modify or cancel an order after placing it

An error? Contact us within hours of your purchase.

After this time, your order is probably being prepared or already on its way.

If you wish to modify your order, please indicate all the details directly to us in your email: product or color to modify, item to add or remove from the order, etc.

Change the delivery address

If you have entered the wrong address, please write to us as soon as possible with your order number.

Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Add a promo code

You can enter your promo code on the payment page :

  • At the top and bottom of the page on mobile
  • On the right column on the computer

Make sure to enter the code with upper/lower case if necessary.

Can I have it delivered to a relay point?

At the moment, BAGLY only offers home delivery.

Please provide a full address and name that matches the one on your mailbox to avoid any delivery issues.

Preparation & delivery times

  • Preparation : 48 to 72 working hours after your order

Delivery : between 5 and 12 working days , depending on your location.

You will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link as soon as it is shipped and you can track it using your number in the "Track my order" section.

Why does my order arrive in multiple packages?

Some items may be sent from different stocks to ensure faster shipping. Don't worry, everything will arrive at no extra cost .

Where are BAGLY orders sent from?

Our products are shipped from several warehouses , depending on availability: France, Europe, or Asia. This allows us to offer fast delivery on products in stock.

Beware of fake delivery text messages!

Some customers receive fake messages (e.g., “mailbox too small”) asking them to pay a sum. This is a scam.

Do not click on any suspicious links . BAGLY will never ask you for additional payment after ordering.

Yes, most of our vegan leather and waterproof canvas bags are designed to withstand splashes and light rain . However, they are not waterproof for complete immersion.

How do I care for my BAGLY bag?

A simple, slightly damp, soft cloth is all it takes to clean it. No special products are required. Avoid solvents or harsh cleaners to preserve the finish.

Does BAGLY test its materials on animals?

No. Most of our bags are guaranteed to be animal-free , and all of our products are not tested on animals. This is a value we hold dear.

Are your products designed in France?

Our designs are carefully designed and selected in France. Production is then carried out with our international partners, chosen for their reliability, expertise, and compliance with ethical standards.

Are your bags suitable for sensitive or allergic skin?

Our materials are selected to be comfortable and non-irritating. If you have a known allergy to a specific component (such as glue or textiles), please do not hesitate to write to us; we will be able to advise you.
